Well if it makes you feel any better, my hospital uses Transcend for backlogs and most dictators at my hospital are awful. Co-workers who have been MTs for 20+ years struggle with them. They meet their line requirements but struggle with them nonetheless. I know Transcend have accounts from everywhere but maybe those accounts are like the hospital I work for. I only have 6 years as an MT, but know exactly what you mean. I jokingly tell my co-workers I will be bald by the time I leave there from pulling my hair out trying to make sense of those dictations. I drink a lot of coffee when I am working trying to stay focus and alert.
