I worked there for 8 years and luckily right before the Cbay takover I had started a job part-time.  I'm now there full-time and love not working for MQ.  It was really hard for me.  My husband kept telling me to quit, but I was just afraid just like you. 

There are good companies out here.  You just have to find them.  I think it's better to work directly for the hospital, if possible.  Hospitals pay more and have better benefits.
