The software is excellent which really helps with productivity. The accounts vary, but are pretty good overall. At first I was bombarded with ESLs but after talking to my supervisor, I now have a pretty mixed amount of work and my productivity has improved a lot. I've run out of work only on a couple of holidays, and even then I am given other accounts to work on. I think they are great! Good luck to you!!
