I also work there and have not had much trouble with low work. Maybe a couple of days, but that's about it. I am a statutory employee, and I do have to work one day on the weekend. As for your schedule, you choose what days you want to work and how many of minutes of dictation you want on those days. They are a really nice company to work for. I think I remember them saying you had to do at least 2500 lines per two-week pay period. I can't imagine working anywhere else. I am really happy here. :)
