There is 1 thing I do not understand:

Why should MTSOs buy VR systems? This is nothing else than a dictating system. The MTSO are not the ones that do the dictating. The hospitals or doctors are buying the VR systems. The MTOs are getting the doctors' reports dictated per microphones or as document drafts on the screen which are then downloaded by the MTs.

Correct me if I am wrong.
