I must say.....

You left just in time before hell broke loose.  There was a huge fiasco going on with the QASAR system.  They were dinging people just for leaving blanks in the reports, even blanks QA couldn't get, the MT would be penalized.  QA points were dropping, people would have to appeal this if they disagreed; it was a real mess.  They were offering an outrageous bonus, but you had to keep your quality way up, and with the QASAR system and the points, everyone was freaking out.  They were complaining big time and quitting;  not to mention the things I mentioned before...consider yourself lucky.

I know how you feel.  I have 12 years in MQ, but I now have one foot out the door.  Just waiting for the official offer.  I feel sad about it in one way, but I honestly don't have a choice.  I'm losing too much $ now the way things are, and when ASR comes on full force, I might as well be working for free.  I sure hope better days are ahead for all of us.
