I left the week of Christmas, if that tells you anything. Too many chiefs. One hand does not know that the other hand is doing. Once CC left as my supervisor, that's when the crap started rolling down the hill. She is the best thing at OSi and now that she has moved to a higher position, the new supervisor can't fill her shoes. Too bad. I worked there 5 years ago and they were the greatest. Came back 2 years later and it was like a corporate nightmare.

Phone meetings where you are pfffttt'd if you ask a question, no feedback from QA, even if you send a very detailed question.

Shame. For the most part they are good people. There are some, what I consider, bad seeds that have come aboard recently. One in particular, who has been with the company for the duration, is really just a very bad seed. I hope they see that some day and put her in her place. This is not just my opinion. I heard from others and had to agree.

Pay's on time. I love the Dphone EXText system. Lots of samples to look for.

Yes, it helps to be in the clique. If not, and if you cross the wrong person's path, look out. You will be nitpicked until you can't take it anymore.

I was at a dinner with OSi VIPs, and yes, one of them did threaten that offshore was a possibility if we couldn't handle the work. I just about choked on my salmon when he said that. The other VIP, who I have the greatest respect for, had the funniest look on her face when he said that!!

Anyway, that's all folks.....
