learn the new technology and be paid the same. When does new technology mean decrease in pay? Seriously! Did pay decrease when you moved from typewriters, to electronic typerwriters, to computers? Each new technology increased production. So why should your pay decrease with VR? VR claim to fame is more production, so why a cut in pay as well? Who is making out here? Certainly not the MT who is doing the work.
