I think you'd have no problem

Your broad experience sounds like what all nationals want.  I really don't think you'd have any problem getting hired, even with your lapse in employment.  If your skillls are as you say they are, it would be obvious on any test and you'd probably have no problem getting hired somewhere.  Or try other local small MTSOs, hospitals, clinics, etc - they often will pay better than nationals.

Sounds like you're doubting yourself too much -- you'd probably be a very valuable asset to any company!
