when I worked as a nurse at a prison, we had a dentist that would come once a week and he didn't bring an assistant, so we were trained to help and NO THANK YOU, LOL, I have no desire to be digging around in someone's nasty mouth. I can handle the blood/guts of it, but the mouth, no, that was just too nasty for me:)
