I went to the physician (2, first primary and referred to rheumatologist) just this past week, horrific back pain, told them, asked if costochrondritis maybe, nothing done by them, had been hurting for quite sometime and finally thought of what my gmother used to do, buy a poltice, as I believe she used to call it, for her back. I bought several this past Friday and had 1 put on (they are medicated) and within about an hour or so had noticed really good relief of the intense rib pain I had been suffering for a long time. I do not think you will be sorry. Good advice!
