I know how you feel. The only person I've ever felt actually gives me straight answers (not counting the leads, but there's not much they can do about anything) and listens is Tonya. However, she's SO busy and so rarely available, it's impractical to go to her with all the questions.

It seems like other places (i.e. where we get our work) aren't terribly understanding, or just point blank refuse to answer questions that have been asked. Y'know? I think they're probably really nice people, but there may be a bit of a cultural divide here.
