I would take the 9 cpl if sm

they allowed you to become accustomed to the ESLs.  Most ESLs are repetitive, and you could probably get them down after a bit.  I wonder if they would be understanding if you left blanks at first?  It is so funny because some American doctors can sound like ESLs, and I think when an MT hears ESL they get really apprehensive, when in fact, some are not that bad (stereotyped so to speak).  Good luck in your endeavors!  Tough call.
