Cons: Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Everyone is a manager; aside from account specs, there is no consistency. QA mentor fires off barely cogent e-mails, yet we are expected to use correct grammar, syntax, etc. It is like working for some government agency.
Oh--they do send hire foreigners. Just plain shameful: Plenty of qualified, experienced MTs in the USA, and they hire Indians, Pliilipinos, Pakistanis, and who knows who else..?
Pros: They prefer quality over quantity. Even if you are not meeting your line-count, as long as you are turning out good work wtihin the TAT, they are happy.
