I would think it all depends on the MSO and specifics of each account. As much as some of us would like to not have to verbally interact with the MSO, that just is not realistic if that is what you are asking. It would be great to have work downloaded, etc, and not have to converse with anyone, but on the other hand, working at home is rather isolating. Personally, I don't mind interaction with my MSO. Hope this helps.
