Never worked for Transtech but i've been at Transcend for almost a year and frankly they are the nicest ppl you could ever work for. They're like family; however, they communicate like one too. They don't have the communication thing down very well unfortunately. And six months into my job my work fell to less than half the amount as before. It literally dried up and went away (no explanations). If you decided to work there I'd do so but as a second job parttime thing. Because quite frankly, that may be all you end up doing at Transcend anyway.
