If you don't like it.....

...Then why not find something else that will better suit your needs?  As far as insurance benefits go, this seems to be an epidemic plaguing everyone in every industry these days.  In other fields that I have been in, I have seen the cost of my healthcare continue to increase, and my actual benefits decrease.  That has nothing to do with being an MT. 

I'm not jumping on you or anyone else who is disgruntled.  I just figure find something that makes YOU happy and satisfied at the end of the day.  Life is too short!
