Well, in my experience while there for 5 months, there were 3 changes in position of management, 2 people changed positions in the quality department. People move positions in that company so much you can't keep up with whom you are supposed to be speaking with. A LOT of ESL, speed talkers, and no ONE EVER knows what is going on.
But, having said that, it just depends on personal choices. I had a bad experience there, you might not. At the time, they paid a straight hourly wage, but I don't think they do anymore.
