...there are no compassionate companies anymore in any field. They feel your personal life is your problem (which it is), and you should take care of it. They knock you down, walk over you, and say next....and hire someone else. That's why there are alot of MT jobs out there. It's all part of the employment enviroment. You'll find something else. Chin up!!
