As long as people agree to work for these wages, this is what we can expect.

Now why would you be insulted
by another MT's opinion of Keystrokes, positive or negative? Why would you care?

Are people entitled to *their* opinion, or not?

Substitute any company's name here - Person A is just as entitled to comment positively about company A as person B is... YOU don't have to choose to take it personally.

Instead, you can defend your company if you choose to WITHOUT attacking others who may feel justified in posting something that a) is negative, or b) not the same experience as yours.

Insulted!

With all the changing medical data we need to know in order to perform our jobs, I can't believe what some places are offering their editors/QA people!  3 cpl for full proofing?? Are you kidding me?  Remember, you get what you pay for!  grrrrrrrrr

Not insulted...
I knew that's what you meant and was just driving home your point, basically agreeing. I'm an oldie with a lot of life experience but a newbie (4 years) being an MT. I'm happy with my wage but I feel slightly offended by those who've been in the business for many years when they imply they deserve more money than someone who hasn't. :-)
7 cpl with my experience was insulting...and if your insulted that I said so, GOOD! you should be!
