I've read several articles that say Ireland and Australia are two English-speaking countries where US MTSOs offshore work. They come in after Indiastanippines but apparently they get a bunch of work.  So of course, that means that they pay lots less than we make here.  However, maybe the cost of living is scaled down as well.  Wouldn't be surprised if Brits also transcribe for American companies, but have not heard of this

Google medical transcription jobs in Ireland and you'll get several sites. Hope you're moving to a fair-sized city with good technology. I'm jealous too! One of the counties in Northern Ireland is named for my family and I hope to visit someday. Best wishes!
typing in Ireland
As a medical Transcriptionist with 18 years of experience, I am moving to Ireland. Does anyone know of a company that may do work in Ireland? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Transcribing in Ireland
Hi Adele: I am wondering if an American company had an internet-based platform why you could't transcribe for them from anywhere in the world, if you had high-speed connection?
No, Merry Dukes of Ireland.
