you look at the jobs in the queue, pick and choose which ones you want and they'll be routed to you. No untranscribed jobs even need to be returned. Ever notice jobs just suddenly disappear before your eyes that were about #8, #17, #20 and #27 down the list and just happened to be the best dictators? Where do you think they're going?

To anyone who's witnessed this happen and still doesn't believe it, I know of a bridge you might be interested in buying.

Well, how do you turn on Smartype if it isn't listed on your toolbar?

You don't have to use the dropdown menu. sm
You can use ShortHand to expand the header/subheader (this is what I do) - just like in a Word-based platform.
