which is what it looks like with single spaces. I was trained (more years ago than I care to admit!) to separate sentences with 2 spaces, and have been doing it too long to change my habits now. That's such a silly, nitpicky 'rule' - which just oozes AHDI busywork. A company that would fail a knowledgeable applicant for something as anal as 1 or 2 spaces between sentences is concentrating on the wrong things. What they SHOULD be concentrating on is a well-transcribed medical/legal document for their client, and quit sweating the little stuff.
