Exactly as the other poster suggested - that they have people working for them in an overseas pool that you do not have access to. It also could be work types you do not do that is preventing you from getting more work. Just guessing here. I would keep asking questions and let them know you are available for more work. If they want to keep you, they will move heaven and earth to keep you happy. If they do not, it is time to move on!
