Advice is hard to give when you are on the outside looking at someone's situation. If you feel the rug is being pulled open the door and explore your options. Once in a while you find a good thing just before the familiar thing goes sour. Above all, try not to get discouraged. If I can help (and I may be able to) email me.

Disappointing
Disappointing to know a fellow employee would share such information with the public. All of the details in that meeting were meant for employees and we all heard them and did not need to have them posted here. Very distasteful to post them and to read some of your tainted comments. We all took our own interpretation away from that meeting and I clearly see things in a different light and heard things you did not. Sounds to me like you had your mind up before you went to the meeting. Put the cart before the horse or whatever it is your doing and resign. Sounds like you'd be happier elsewhere.
This is all so very disappointing...
My word people!!!! What is going on here....it is tooooo bad management cannot get on this board and verify or clarify this entire sour mess you have all created!!! Shame on you people for such a bad wrap of your company!!!! I sense some very unhappy troopers here....wonder why..hmmmmmmmmmmm.

I was truly considering this company after my line count with Spheris has dropped steadily over the last year and this sounded like a great place to go. Is there anywhere anymore that treats MTs fairly?
