It just won't be easy. It is easy for us to sit here and blow off steam on an anonymous forum, but when it comes to standing up for ourselves against the companies we work for, I think you will find the steam will run out and people will just continue to cower behind their keyboards for fear of losing their jobs.

I applaud you for your efforts and willingness to help others, even though you are no longer in the business, however. Maybe I will take up gourd painting as well. ;-)
