If you are happy at JLG, you must not have been there too long.  Unless of course you enjoy being trained on a platform and account with a line count and then having it changed; only to think you are going nuts because all of sudden your line count has drastically changed.  They tell you nothing has changed, so you burn that keyboard up and still your line count is way down.  Instead of giving more benefits, you get less and the cost goes up.  Their QA changes often also.  What was acceptable one day is not acceptable the next day and visa versa.  Nobody in that office is consistent with anything.  They all say something different.  I don't know how they stay in business.  Tech support has changed so often, I don't know how anything stays functional.
