They have proofreaders who are contradicted then by the infamous QA audits by the one queen. You have points deducted for every misplaced comma, etc, and for every improper word in her eyes, doesn't matter if it is in the account notes or not. Then they dock your pay for QA audits that aren't up to snuff. They also force you to rent their computers and pay shipping charges to return them if you don't last 45 days. They withhold your paycheck until you pay the shipping charges of $125. Unless all of this has changed in the last 8 months.
