Well, I AM very strong, too strong for some, as a matter of fact! That is why I have learned to choose my battles.  My husband has calmed me down over the years, because I used to get upset and call everyone on everything. That a lot (not all) got me in trouble.  So yes, I am a very strong person.  I also know that a lot of people do not have $$ for their own counsel. And these BIG companies know this and take advantage. In the end, you have to ask yourself, is this worth all the aggravation? While in the meantime, you could be working at a place where u are happy. If you answer yes to that question, then go for it, if not, just move on and be happy.  Those kinds of companies will lose out in the long run...

I totally hear what you are saying, but at the same time, that company can also tell you to go pound sand! For someone who needs the job, they have to deal with it. I am glad I personally am not in that situation, but there are other people that are. The company can say either commit, or you are outta here. They unfortunately know the chances of anyone actually calling them on it with the law are slim to none. Just my 2 cents worth!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you read your post above, you did say, private counsel?!
Question for Justme. sm.

I was wondering how you like working there? How the doctors are, work flow, learning curve, pay, benefits? Been thinking about making the same move but haven't fully decided yet. Any input you can give me is appreciated.

Thanks.

Question for justme
How long have you been working at Gctfl?
JustMe - Have you heard from PMSI yet? sm
I haven't heard from them and I'm starting to get antsy.  Let me know if you have heard from them, you can e-mail me if you want.  Thanks.
Thanks, Justme, for an uncommonly realistic input. NM

stay home and type your 50 lines an hour and have a twinkie on me.
There's an old saying in life, justme- a wanna-be public defender...
it's better to be silent and be thought of as an idiot, than to speak and remove all doubt. Now, you removed all doubt....
