I start with them on Monday so can't really say a lot just yet. What I do know is that the platform they have is Pscribe and from what I understand it is all straight transcription and no VR. Hours are as you want as you are an IC. They just ask you to commit to 500 (part-time) or 1000 (full-time) lines a day. They're all very nice women to communicate with and I am looking forward to starting.
