I worked for them for a year. Pay is low and is based on a pay scale that includes QA, lines per hour and how much work you send to QA. They do deduct lines for poor QA. I was just on 1 account for my entire employment and at times it did seem difficult to make the line count. People are nice but they are training in Trinidad and another country (Guiana I think). They put a huge humanitarian spin on this training program (rationalizing) and it just sickened me. Toward the end I was running out of work quite a bit, even had to cut into my PTO a few times to keep my paycheck up.
