 Spheris is wrong, I would print all of your emails concerning this from HR out first, then send the link posted below from the gov website to HR and remind them it is YOUR choice.  I say this because they could well decide to terminate you for any reason they can come up with if you push this, and when you go to collect unemployment or sue them for their noncompliance, you will have the emails to back you up.
