It is escription or dictaphone VR editing. Pay is average for lines. Su-Th or Tu-Sa schedule most likely. Set hours. Better to be IC as employee line rate is horrid. A couple of the accounts on escription somehow calculate the line rates nicely and you can actually make decent money. The others are yucky accounts and give much less in the way of lines. Stay away from becoming management and you will be fine.
