They said they would be in touch soon. Well that's fine except the ad said immediate need, *and* I check my email history and I see I applied to them several months ago - with the same pattern... (request for resume and no further contact).
It's not a winning sign when a company does this - if the job is not an open job, they should not advertise that it is - either way, they should communicate better.
