You say you have only been on the account just over a year?  Why do you think you should get a raise?  I am certainly not saying you should not, but I have been on accounts for years and years, and never got a raise.  I don't know what company you work for, but it has been my experience that there are different pay levels for different skill levels - meaning how many different specialties you do very well such as oncology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology, ortho, pediatrics, allergy, op notes, and this list goes on and on and on like there is no end to it. Things like audit scores are also a consideration.  My company has 3 skill levels.  I have been an MT for decades and I am only in the middle.  That's fine with me.  I really do not care to advance any further.  Problems not worth the money to me.  I could work 16 hours a day 7 days a week and then some, but I am told that does not entitle me to a pay increase.  I hope you do get one but I would not count on it.
