TTS is terrible, or was when I was there. Owner is extremely unpleasant. Even as an IC you will be bugged by IM/email about work all day.
Don't take less than 4cpl for the editing. A lot of those companies will try to give you that.
DeVenture has had extremely low work the last few months but we just started a big account so we'll have to see how that goes. Base pay is 8.4/4 and there are small shift differentials offered. Can't remember what at the moment.
