Most accounts have very very low work. Constantly told that facilities want us to stop working on their account for the day or until further notice. Always having to check about working on secondary which is also low. Work volumes just very low. Constantly being asked to flex to nights or weekends in the hopes of finding some work. Changes going on, too, coordinators and trainers disappearing. It seems like a big mess to me.
