All of that paperwork can be overwhelming, especially the account details, which are not well organized at all and can difficult to sort through. Read the account details through about 3 times and make notes as you go on important points and it will start to feel more comfortable. A lot of the account details have to do with ADT and how to deal with issues that may come up.

I always tell people, no matter what company you go to, if your old platform was comfortable and familiar, you will probably hate the new one at first and start second-guessing yourself on the change. Just remember that your old comfortable platform was unfamiliar at first too and soon this new one will be second nature. For me the transition to Bayscribe wasn't hard, even though I missed some things on my old platform.

As far as transferring your expander, it never really happened for me. I was able to get my old Expander into a column list in a document but it seems like tech was taking their time on getting around to me and my list, so I just started manually putting it in as I went. I have about 2000 expansions. When I was on training I added as I went and then would do a few pages of expansions a day. It was tedious, what can I say? Hopefully tech can make it work for you. Ask your supervisor for their email if you don't have it already and then ask them what you need to do. I know other people have gotten it to work okay.
