I agree with the other MDI-er. I also have been with them for now over 2 years. I have never had a situation where they would not work with you if you need flexibility in your schedule for whatever reason, family emergencies, illness, etc. As far as vacations, they staff accordingly because you summit a calender monthly of your committments which is how they staff for TAT.
