I have been with MDI and have run out of work only one time--on a holiday weekend. Even then, I had plenty on my secondary. MDI values its MTs, puts our needs right up there, and I have found them to be the best company I have ever worked for. (I used to sub from the University of Cal and thought they were pretty great but they can't come close to MDI.) Go for it!
