I have been with MDI for over 3 months now, and I think they are a great company to work for. I have never worked for OSI, so I can't say anything about them. Work has been a little low of late, but they usually have other accounts you can work on if your primary runs out; however, it has been picking up quite a bit lately. I really like the platform too. It just seems like summer is the slow time of year for everybody. The pay rate is better than most nationals, and they have employee or IC status, your choice. Very flexible as far as scheduling. They have team leaders for every account so you know who to go to with questions. Everyone has been quite helpful when I need something or have a question. I have worked for other nationals in the past, and I think MDI is the best one out there. I plan to make this my last company. You can email me if you have anymore questions.
