I, too, had a family emergency occur and my liaison told me without hesitation to take whatever time I needed to handle it. She was very kind and supportive.

illness are not tolerated.  According to someone in the office - that's the reason you work at home, so when you're sick you can work!


Health insurance - depending on where you live, the insurance we had then was fine for people in the PA region, but useless where I live. 


The bottom line at this place is that they care nothing for the MT, just like a lot of companies.  Don't take their recruiting promises seriously.  Expect them to be like the worst company you ever worked for and you won't be disappointed.
