Technically, we are not ICs. We are statutory employees. May not mean a lot to us, but it does to the U.S. Tax Code.

MDI-Florida merged with Transcend a few years ago.

MDI-Maryland is merging with Transcend now. In the last couple years when people say MDI they are talking about MDI-MD.
