I ditto all the happy MQ'rs. It's been the best fit for me, very rarely run out of work (of course, I work graveyard). But my office does communicate, usually get an answer if any problems reasonably fast, check's on time, etc. I'm SE, so no bene's, but fortunately don't need them. I work i n the Ohio CSC, and again, it's a great fit for me.
