MQ

With MQ, it all depends on what PS/Book of Business you land in. I am thankful that I am in one that is not in the C-pool (does not share their accounts nationally)and so always have more than enough work without beng in the C-pool and the Client Profiles are standardized. There are, however, many accounts under this PS. I have 2 primary accounts, but can get as many as 5 or 6 accounts in one day, which is not a problem for me because I don't have to spend time reading client profiles because they are all pretty much the same, there is not a ton of ESL compared to other areas in MQ and the dictators are overall pretty good, and I have never run out of work within my PS Book of Business since starting in August. I am happy here and do not have a problem making my line count goals, but I understand that this is not the case for many at MQ right now. So, it's a crap shoot depending on what region you get hired into.
