I make 10cpl and have for the last 3 years with MQ. My office gave out raises like there was no tomorrow , all you had to do was ask. That was before there was a change in command above my manager (she is no longer with the company and our office has since been closed). All you had to do was call the office and you got a raise. We never had yearly reviews and unfortunately those MT's that waited for those, never were given raises. Does anyone make more that 10cpl???
