If it is MRCM you're inquiring about, I've been there almost 2 years. Their ad is worded incorrectly - they DO PAY FOR SPACES. There's always plenty of work -too much sometimes. Pay is always on time. The account is huge and a massive pool of dictators - it's challenging but steady. Also VR is coming on board soon but based on what I've read here, their rate for that is pretty good too.
