I am not an IC for them, but rather have employee status--with nice benefits. However, if I have a medical appointment or something they have been very willing to be flexible. I always get my lines done by the end of the day. As to salary, I do not think it is appropriate for me to discuss what their salary scale is. (That is the company's proprietary information.) Just let me say that they pay well and I am satisfied. If you have specific questions, the place to ask them is:
