she is a TT employee and knows that work volume has been low for some time so why would they need to pay anyone to work overtime????? And......regarding the low work volume, there have only been a couple of times when I was totally without work in 4 years. Might make a difference though that I will do any work type on any account. I hired on as an MT to do the work assigned to me per the company's needs NOT for just all gravy work that will benefit me.
