They are going to give us some paid time off or something like that... or maybe we'll be able to pay for hospitalization, etc. at a different rate than employees but under the same plan... who knows? will have to wait and see. I just would not believe that they would do anything to cause their IC or SE people to quit..... most of MQ's workforce is SE/IC.
